Job Summary
Operating Room specialty position requiring General Surgery experience in a perioperative setting. The role supports procedures including gynecology, otolaryngology, plastic surgery, colorectal surgery, robotic surgery, urology, and ophthalmology. The position includes scheduled day shifts and recurring call responsibilities.
Job Details
- Schedule: Four 10-hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week, with 1012 call shifts per month.
- Required Qualifications: General Surgery experience; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification; current professional license with license verification.
- Preferred Qualifications: Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification preferred.
- Additional Information:
- Perioperative experience supporting gynecology, otolaryngology, plastic surgery, colorectal surgery, robotic surgery using the DV5 platform, urology, and ophthalmology procedures.
- Participation in scheduled call coverage is required.
