Job Summary
Registered Nurse, Progressive Care Unit, Palm Springs, CA The Registered Nurse provides direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, implementation of nursing interventions, staff supervision, and support of high-quality, safe, and appropriate patient care.
Job Details
- Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information:
- Assesses patients and develops and implements individualized clinical care plans.
- Provides direct nursing care to assigned patients within the Progressive Care Unit.
- Supervises staff to whom patient care is appropriately delegated.
- Supports the organizations Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in maintaining quality and safe nursing care.
- Promotes clinical staff competency and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
