Job Summary

Registered Nurse, Medical Surgical Floor. The position provides direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis. Responsibilities include supporting safe, high-quality nursing care, supervising delegated staff, and contributing to effective clinical resource management.

Job Details

Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week.
Additional Information:
- Assesses, plans, and implements direct clinical care for assigned patients.
- Supervises staff to whom patient care is appropriately delegated.
- Supports the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in maintaining high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
- Supports clinical staff competency and patient-care resource management.
