Job Summary

Surgical Technician/Operating Room Technician in Wabesha, MN. This position supports general surgery, endoscopy, orthopedic, urology, and podiatry procedures within operating room and sterile processing settings. The role requires orthopedic experience, relevant certification, and the ability to work scheduled daytime shifts.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications:
  • Certified Surgical Technologist certification
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Associate degree or certificate
  • At least 1 year of specialty experience
  • Orthopedic experience required
  • Experience or on-the-job training in sterile processing
• Additional Information:
  • Responsibilities include scrubbing for general surgery, endoscopy, orthopedic proceduresincluding total hip, total knee, and hand casesurology, and podiatry.
  • The position supports operating room and sterile processing functions.
  • Schedule flexibility is required to meet unit needs.
  • No weekend, holiday, float, or on-call rotation is required at this time.
  • Scrub attire is provided.
  • Medical compliance activities must begin within 48 hours of offer acceptance, or within 24 hours for a quick start.
