Job Summary
Travel Registered Nurse (RN), Cardiac Cath Lab, Sarasota, FL. This position supports cardiac catheterization procedures in a two-lab setting, caring for patients with a typical 1:1 ratio as part of a three-person team. The assignment is scheduled for 11/10/2026 through 02/09/2027 and requires an independent professional with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Job Details
- Schedule: Day shift, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Cardiac catheterization laboratory experience; experience with Impella, intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP), and ventilators.
- Preferred Qualifications: Vascular or peripheral intervention experience; electrophysiology experience.
- Additional Information:
- Responsibilities include supporting left and right heart catheterizations, percutaneous coronary interventions, shockwave procedures, permanent pacemaker procedures, Impella procedures, and intra-aortic balloon pump procedures.
- Typical staffing includes one or two Registered Nurses and a technician per lab during the day.
- Night coverage is provided on call by a three-person team.
- Weekend and holiday rotation is required in accordance with facility policy.
- The position is located within a 155-bed healthcare facility with two cardiac catheterization laboratories.
