Job Details

• Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Orientation occurs weekly on Mondays.
• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse certification and Registered Nurse education. Experience as an MDS Coordinator, including MDS documentation and submission, is required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Three or more years of experience preferred; experience in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
• Additional Information:
