Job Summary

Gastroenterology Laboratory specialty position with a daytime schedule totaling 40 hours per week. The role supports inpatient and outpatient procedural services and requires strong intravenous (IV) skills, current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, and at least two years of experience. The assignment is scheduled from 11/16/2026 through 02/14/2027.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shift consisting of four 10-hour shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., totaling 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification; at least two years of experience; strong intravenous (IV) skills.
• Additional Information:
  • Weekend coverage is handled through on-call responsibilities, including 10-hour Saturday and Sunday coverage.
  • Weekday on-call coverage consists of two hours Monday through Friday and may be self-scheduled.
  • Holiday coverage is handled through on-call responsibilities.
  • On-call coverage is expected one to two times per week as needed.
  • Daily procedural volume includes approximately 25 cases, with an outpatient and inpatient mix.
  • One week of floor orientation is provided.
  • Required attire includes navy-blue pants with a solid navy-blue or solid white top; jackets must be solid navy blue or solid white.
