Job Details

• Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); acute care facility experience.
• Additional Information:
  • Collect and analyze patient data to identify diagnoses, care concerns, and desired outcomes.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
  • Coordinate care delivery and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Promote a safe, healing, humane, and caring environment.
  • Provide health information and learning opportunities to patients, families, and members of the care team.
  • Participate in discharge planning to support continuity of care.
  • Delegate appropriately and coordinate the duties of healthcare team members.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
