Registered Nurse, Telemetry Marysville. This role delivers coordinated nursing care to assigned patients while applying the nursing process, critical thinking, and independent judgment. The position also coordinates interdisciplinary care, supervises assigned nursing staff, supports patient education and discharge planning, and promotes a safe, healing environment.

Job Details

• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); acute care facility experience.
• Additional Information:
  • Collects and analyzes patient data to identify diagnoses and care needs.
  • Develops, implements, and evaluates individualized care plans.
  • Coordinates care delivery and collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Delegates appropriately and coordinates healthcare team responsibilities.
  • Provides health education to patients, families, and treatment team members.
  • Participates in discharge planning to support continuity of care.
