Job Summary

Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical Float, Franklin, New Hampshire. This role provides overnight nursing care across medical-surgical and telemetry settings within the healthcare provider. The position supports a 12-hour schedule and requires experience in acute care, relevant certifications, and the ability to manage cardiac monitoring and medication infusions.

Job Details

• Schedule: Night shifts consisting of 12-hour shifts, every other weekend, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active New Hampshire or compact Registered Nurse (RN) license; at least 2 years of experience in an acute care setting; documented travel experience; Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS); successful completion of a dysrhythmia examination with a minimum score of 80% during onboarding; experience caring for patients receiving Cardizem and insulin infusions, including insulin for hyperglycemia rather than diabetic ketoacidosis; and experience with phenobarbital administration in telemetry settings.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with the electronic medical record system used by the healthcare provider.
• Additional Information:
  • First-time travelers with strong relevant experience may be considered.

  • The role may require floating between healthcare provider locations based on operational needs.
