Description

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department located in Utica, NY. This travel position offers an exciting opportunity to provide critical care to patients in a fast-paced environment. The shift is from 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM, with 36 guaranteed hours per week. You will work with a diverse patient population, including newborns, pediatrics, adults, and geriatric patients. Responsibilities include providing care to patients with conditions such as stroke, sepsis, trauma, myocardial infarctions, cardiac arrests, and respiratory failures. Experience with specialty equipment such as Rapid Infusor and Arctic Sun is valuable. Floating may be required, and charge capability is highly preferred. The facility requires candidates to have current certifications in AHA ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC. Proficiency in EPIC EMR is mandatory. Navy blue scrubs are the standard dress code. This role is ideal for a skilled and adaptable professional ready to make a difference in a challenging yet rewarding environment.
