We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a MedSurg/Telemetry position in Concord, New Hampshire. This is a 12-hour night shift role with guaranteed 36 hours per week. The contract begins on November 23, 2026. As a MedSurg/Telemetry RN, you will care for patients requiring medical-surgical interventions and telemetry monitoring. The role requires flexibility as floating to nearby locations may be requested. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional patient care, monitoring vital signs and telemetry, administering medications, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes. Candidates must be proficient in managing med-surg patient ratios and acuity, with a preference given to those experienced in Cerner EMR systems.Requirements:- Active NH or Compact RN License- BLS & ACLS certifications- NIHSS certification prior to start- Minimum of 1-2 years of MedSurg experience- Critical care experience is a plusThis is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and expand your skills in a supportive environment.
