Join an exciting nationwide initiative helping dialysis clinics transition to the next generation of dialysis technology! We're seeking experienced Dialysis RNs to support the rollout of the 5008X dialysis machine at clinics across the United States.

💡 Your Role

As a Travel Nurse Educator, you'll:

• Deliver hands-on training to clinic staff (RNs, LPNs, and Dialysis Technicians) on the 5008X machine.
• Travel nationwide on rotating 2-week deployment assignments to support clinic implementations.
• Provide on-site guidance and support during live treatments (no direct patient care).
• Promote safe and effective machine operation through education, collaboration, and coaching.

🧳 What You'll Need

• Active multistate (compact) RN license.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed (CA, NY, and OR are current priority states).
• Minimum 1 year of acute or chronic dialysis RN experience within the past 2 years.
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification.
• Ability and willingness to travel nationwide full-time, including frequent travel between deployment locations.
• Strong communication, teaching, and coaching skills.

💸 Compensation

Gross Weekly Pay: $3,200 After Training

• Taxable hourly wages and stipends vary depending on deployment location.
• Travelers are responsible for arranging and paying travel expenses upfront, with reimbursement provided every 13 weeks according to program guidelines.
• $1,000 referral bonus for referred clinicians who complete 90 days of employment.
