Schedule: 8-hour days
Weekend Rotation: As assigned, based on department needs.

Submission Requirements

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) – Required.
• Active New York State Speech-Language Pathology License – Required.
• Current BLS certification – Required.
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) – Required.
• Inpatient acute hospital experience preferred.
• Swallowing bedside evaluation experience required.
• Video fluoroscopic swallow study (VFSS) experience preferred, but not required.

Position Details

• Opportunities for coverage across the continuum of care.
• Responsible for patient coverage across multiple care settings, including:
  • Inpatient Hospital
  • Acute Rehabilitation
  • Outpatient Clinic
• Must be flexible to move between care settings based on patient volume and coverage needs.
• 75-mile radius rule applies to travel candidates.
• Local candidates are accepted; local rates apply to candidates residing within 75 miles.

Important Information

• 8-hour day shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
• Weekend rotation may be assigned based on department needs.
• Flexibility to provide coverage across multiple care settings is required.

Note: CCC, New York State license, BLS, and completion of the Clinical Fellowship Year are mandatory requirements.
