To qualify, you should have experience in progressive care, hold a current RN license, and be skilled in patient assessment, monitoring, and care planning. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is required, as the hospital uses a modern EMR for efficient patient care and communication. Recommended skills include strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
