In this role, you will lead engaging activity programs designed to meet the social, recreational, and spiritual needs of patients. You will assess, develop, and implement programs that foster dignity and enhance the quality of life for residents. Flexibility is key, as you may work various shifts including evenings and weekends. Your contributions will be vital in promoting self-confidence and empowerment among the patients.
