Description
In this PCU Float RN role, you will provide care to patients with varying needs, floating between units as required. You will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams. This position requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to different patient environments. Your expertise in adult and geriatric care will be essential, as you take on a patient ratio of 4 to 6. BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are mandatory.

Requirements

• Florida/Compact nursing license required
• BLS, ACLS, & NIHSS certifications required
• 5 years of nursing experience if degree accreditation is not on profile
• EMR: Epic
• 2 years of PCU experience required (ED experience NOT required)
