Description
As a Registered Nurse in the Stepdown unit, you will provide crucial care to patients transitioning from critical to less intensive care. Your responsibilities will include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This position offers a dynamic work environment with a supportive team, allowing for professional growth and development. Expect a fast-paced setting where you will manage a mix of intermediate care and med/surg patients, with a focus on compassionate care and patient education.
