Credentialing Requirements: Registered Nurse License, ACLS, BLS, Crisis Prevention Intervention Training (CPI), PALS, TNCC, Background Checks for Criminal, Education, Employment, GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG, OFAC/SDN, Sexual Offender and Predator Search, Social Security Number Verification, Texas State Exclusion
