Description
As a Travel RN in Hospice, you'll provide compassionate care to patients in their homes, managing a caseload of 14-18 patients. You will coordinate home visits, develop care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. This role emphasizes flexibility, as you will alternate between day and evening shifts, ensuring continuity of care.
