Description
As a Travel Registered Nurse in Home Health, you will provide essential nursing care to patients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and educating patients and families. You'll work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. This position offers a supportive environment with a guaranteed minimum of 36 hours per week.
