Description
In this role, you will provide critical care to patients in a 9-bed ICU, ensuring a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. You'll work 12-hour shifts, alternating between day and night schedules, handling both adult and stable pediatric patients. Your expertise will be vital in managing overflow cases and providing charge nurse duties as needed.
