Physical Therapist Home Health opening | 5x8s days M-F, no weekends in Redding, CA | 9/21 start - 13 weeks| $2,792/wk gross. Charting: HCHB | Locals accepted!
Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to relieve pain and improve mobility, strength, and coordination. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety precautions, and self-care strategies. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centered care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
