Description
Experience:
- Required Work Experience: 2 years of RN experience required
- Candidate must have bubbly outgoing personality / tone.
- Must engage with patients with a high level of customer service, ensure that all patients feel seen and heard.
- Great communication skills, bubbly, compassionate, understanding and empathetic to the patient.
- Goal of this person is to help facility increase patient outcome and survey scores.
- This nurse should be able to make rounds and make the patient happy, so they feel heard, seen and cared for.
- Travel Experience preferred, however, not required
- Excellent and clear communication skillset are required
- Hospital needs clear and meaningful communicators to improve our outcomes
