Requirements:<ul><li>Education: Associates Degree or Higher</li><li>Experience: 1 year of L&amp;D RN experience in the Inpatient Hospital Setting</li><li>Licensure: CA RN License</li><li>Certifications: <ul><li>BLS</li><li>ACLS</li><li>NRP</li><li>AWHONN</li></ul></li><li>Skill Set: <ul><li>Fetal monitoring, 2 years of experience</li><li>C-Section Circulator and Post CS recovery</li><li>Vaginal Exams</li><li>Care of the laboring patient, including CS and Vaginal delivery and recovery</li><li>Care of the high-risk antepartum patient</li><li>Gestational Hypertension</li><li>Gestational Diabetes</li><li>Obstetrical Emergencies, including Ob Hemorrhage</li><li>Care of the newborn, within the first hour of life</li><li>Breastfeeding, initial latch</li></ul></li><li>Typical Procedures: <ul><li>Labor and Delivery Management, including vaginal exams</li><li>Outpatient testing: NST, CST, BPP</li><li>OB Triage, OBED, MSE</li><li>Versions, Cervical Cerclage</li><li>OP Injections</li></ul></li></ul>
