REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 1 year of LPN/LVN experience required.
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), nursing home, or long-term care experience required.
• Must be comfortable caring for adults and geriatric patients with multiple comorbidities and acute medical needs.
• Experience with PointClickCare preferred.
• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.

REQUIRED CLINICAL SKILLS

• Foley catheter insertion and care.
• Insulin administration and blood glucose monitoring.
• IV therapy, medication administration, and medication reconciliation.
• Neurological assessments and stroke monitoring.
• Dressing changes, wound assessment, wound VAC, and pressure ulcer prevention.
• JP drain and colostomy/ileostomy care.
• End-of-life and palliative care.
• Oxygen administration, CPAP/BiPAP management.
• Safe patient transfers using Hoyer and sit-to-stand equipment.
• Isolation precautions and PPE.
• Communication of patient status changes to the RN/physician.

Additional skills listed include feeding tube care, tracheostomy care, pain management, IM/SQ injections, and admission assessments.

SCHEDULE

• Shift: 2:00 PM–11:00 PM.
• Schedule: 5 × 8-hour shifts, as listed.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

• Active BLS required.
• COVID-19 vaccination required

LICENSE

• Active LPN/LVN license required.
