• Facility Department/Cost Center: Perioperative Services
• Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): Surgical First Assistant
• Specialty: OB, GYN, General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Podiatry
• Shift: M-F, 0700-1500
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40
• Weekend Hours: Call only
• Call Requirements: Regular call rotation with ST
• Required Certifications: Certified FA
• Years of Experience: 1 year post training experience
• Float Requirements: N/A
