Description

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Position: Pharmacist.
Hospital pharmacy experience preferred, but not explicitly mandatory.
Must be a graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred; Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS Pharmacy) accepted.
Must be competent in medication dispensing, drug therapy monitoring, prescription verification, and clinical pharmacy services.

SCHEDULE

Shift: Variable 8-hour shifts.
Start date: ASAP.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
