Description
Shift & Schedule
- 5×8-hour shifts per week
- Listed shift: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
- Rotating shifts between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM
- Every other weekend and holiday coverage required
- No on-call requirement
Education & Experience
- PharmD required
- Active, unrestricted Arizona pharmacist license required
- At least 1 year of experience
- Acute-care inpatient experience required; student rotations may count
- First-time travelers accepted
Facility Details
- Hospital beds: 235
- Daily census: 130–150 patients
- Pharmacy staffing ratio: 2 days / 1 nights / 2 weekends, as listed
Orientation: 80 hours
