Description
ICU RN Requirements
- 2 years of experience required; strong candidates with 1+ year may be considered.
- Previous charge experience preferred.
- Epic experience required.
- Travel experience not required.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; NIHSS and CCRN preferred.
- Skills: Ventilator management, respiratory failure, ABG interpretation, cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia management, titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips, IV therapy, central/PICC line care, blood product administration, stroke management, and multisystem organ failure.
- Preferred skills: EVD/ICP monitoring, post-neurosurgery care, hemodialysis management, fresh tracheostomy care, massive transfusion protocol, and IV insulin protocols.
