Position: Inpatient Pharmacist Contract: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week Shift: 10-hour day shifts, typically 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with some flexibility Weekends: Every 4th weekend Holidays: Every 4th holiday Floating: Not required On-Call: No scheduled callRequirements:<ul><li>Active Wisconsin Pharmacist license.</li><li>Bachelor's degree.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.</li><li>Epic experience preferred.</li></ul>Practice Setting:<ul><li>Inpatient pharmacy supporting Med/Surg, ICU, OB/GYN, ED, Surgery, Oncology, and outpatient infusion services.</li><li>Typical inpatient census of 30–40 patients.</li><li>Must be comfortable with medication order verification, overseeing pharmacy technicians, and handling pharmacist consultation calls while managing multiple priorities.</li></ul>
