Description
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for an outpatient rehabilitation assignment in Lacey, Washington. The selected candidate will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
Responsibilities
- Perform physical therapy evaluations and assess patients' functional abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, strengthening, stretching, and mobility training.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support patient recovery.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license or eligible licensing status accepted by ATI for the assignment.
- Previous experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
- Ability to complete ATI's additional credentialing and documentation requirements.
- Ability to work day shifts and fulfill the agreed contract hours.
