Description

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Day Shift

Schedule: Day Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 07:00 – 19:30 | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week
- Schedule Structure: 12-hour day shifts. Block scheduling and custom schedule accommodations are strictly prohibited and unavailable.
- Weekend & Holiday Coverage: Every other weekend required. Mandatory holiday coverage: Must work TWO full holiday blocks if scheduled/needed (Thanksgiving block, Christmas block, or New Year's block).
- On-Call / Standby: No On-Call required.
- Floating Protocol & Unit Details: Respiratory Care Department across acute settings. Delivery of comprehensive cardiopulmonary diagnostic and therapeutic care. EMR: Meditech Expanse strongly preferred. Non-billable orientation: 8 hours. Candidate must have their own reliable personal vehicle for transportation.

Location Region: Pittsfield, Massachusetts (MA) | Travel Candidates Only (50-Mile Radius Rule enforced; local candidates residing within 50 miles are strictly ineligible)

Clinical Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]:
- Minimum 2 years of current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) experience strictly required [HARDSTOP].
- Certified Respiratory Therapists (CRTs) are strictly prohibited and will NOT be considered [HARDSTOP].
State Licensure & NBRC Credentials [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]:
- Active Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist License strictly required IN-HAND at profile upload [HARDSTOP].
- Active RRT Certification through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) strictly required IN-HAND at profile upload [HARDSTOP].
Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]:
- Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) strictly required IN-HAND at profile upload [HARDSTOP].
- Active AHA ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.
