OSF Facility Policies & Candidate Submission Requirements

Facility Policies

Local Rate: Clinicians whose permanent address is within 50 miles are subject to a $25 reduction in regular and overtime bill rates.
Call-Off Policy: An allowance equivalent to 12 hours per 13-week assignment. There is no penalty, and the facility is not required to pay for the canceled shift.
Orientation: 12 hours of non-billable orientation. Guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation.
Drug-Free Campus: Candidates must understand OSF's drug-free campus policy and provide a negative drug screen for all required panels.

Candidate Submission Requirements

Please include the following information when submitting a candidate:

Last four digits of the clinician's SSN.
Clinician's middle initial.
Requested time off (RTO).
Active Michigan (MI) license or confirmation that the license application process has been initiated.
Confirmation that the candidate understands the drug-free campus policy and negative drug-screen requirement.
