Position Overview

The Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic X-ray examinations in an inpatient setting, including fluoroscopy and operating room procedures. The technologist supports high-quality imaging, patient safety, and efficient workflow while collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations across a variety of inpatient settings.
• Assist with fluoroscopy and operating room imaging procedures.
• Prepare and position patients while maintaining comfort, safety, and appropriate radiation protection.
• Follow imaging protocols and ensure diagnostic image quality.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to radiation safety standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide guidance and support to new graduates who shadow during scheduled shifts.

Must-Have Credentials

• ARRT certification in Radiography.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• At least 3 years of X-ray experience in an inpatient setting.
• Recent experience with fluoroscopy and operating room imaging.

Housing Included

• Housing is provided for one occupant.
• Confirm the specific housing arrangements and any applicable conditions before accepting the assignment.

Additional Requirements

• Permanent residence must be at least 50 miles from the work location.
• Two completed supervisory references must be submitted with the candidate.
• All requested time off must be disclosed at submission.
• Travelers may be asked to teach and accommodate new-graduate shadowing during scheduled shifts.
• Start timing is ASAP, with anticipated options around November 16 or November 30.
