Physical Therapist (PT)

Facility: Cheyenne County Hospital
Location: Cheyenne County, Kansas
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Shift and Schedule

• Day shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
• Schedule may be flexible.
• Facility operates on Central Time. Some surrounding areas observe Mountain Time.

• Nonprofit Critical Access Hospital.
• Licensed for 16 beds.
• Services include acute care, swing bed, obstetrics, and a 24-hour Emergency Department.
• Dress code: Business casual or scrubs without logos.

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy to improve mobility, restore function, relieve pain, and prevent or limit physical disabilities.
• Educate patients on exercises and assistive devices.
• Treat patients recovering from injuries, surgery, fractures, head injuries, and other conditions.
• Document treatment records electronically and enter daily charges.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and other PT personnel.
