Required Skills

• Pediatric ambulatory/outpatient clinic nursing experience (5+ years required)
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
• Experience performing CLIA-waived testing in a clinic setting
• Pediatric vaccine administration experience
• Phlebotomy/blood draw experience (clinic or outpatient environment)
• Strong patient/family communication skills and teamwork mindset

Nice to Have Skills

• Broad ambulatory workflows (triage, patient education, care coordination, charting support)
• Point-of-care testing depth beyond basic CLIA-waived panels
• Experience supporting clinical procedures in an outpatient pediatric setting

Preferred Education and Experience

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license eligible to practice in Colorado
• 5+ years of pediatric clinic/ambulatory outpatient experience (required)

Other Requirements

• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Schedule expectation: 5 shifts per week (8-hour days) with possible rotating Saturday morning shifts
• Current flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
• Furnished housing options may be available nearby for the duration of the assignment (details provided based on availability)
