Description
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – Operating Room
Position Details
- Location: Medford, OR 97504
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day shift, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts per week
- Travel Experience: Not required
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of Operating Room / perioperative Surgical Technologist experience.
- Community hospital experience.
- Experience across multiple surgical specialties, including:
- Orthopedics, total joints, spine and trauma.
- Neuro spine.
- Urology.
- Gynecology and urogynecology.
- Vascular surgery.
- General surgery.
- ENT procedures.
- Required hands-on experience with the Da Vinci Xi robotic surgical system.
- Strong knowledge of aseptic technique, surgical instrumentation, equipment setup and sterile-field maintenance.
- Ability to prepare operating rooms and instruments for a variety of surgical procedures.
Required Certifications
- NBSTSA certification – required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – required.
