                                 Laboratory Supervisor

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–1:00 AM (flexibility of a few hours for start/end times)
 

Call Requirement: None

We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Supervisor to oversee daily laboratory operations, team performance, and quality standards during the off shift.

Min 2yrs of Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise laboratory staff, staffing schedules, and daily workflow.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot testing and instrument issues, and support accurate, timely results.
• Coach and develop team members, oversee training, and ensure competency assessments are completed.
• Monitor quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and departmental performance.
• Promote teamwork, employee engagement, and excellent customer service.
• Perform laboratory testing as needed.

Preferred Qualifications: Laboratory leadership experience, strong technical knowledge, staff development skills, and a commitment to quality, patient safety, and operational excellence.
