Your Role

• Provide care to postoperative medical-surgical patients.
• Interpret and manage cardiac dysrhythmias and perform/read EKGs as needed.
• Assist patients with mobility and provide CHG baths.
• Use SBAR for handoffs and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Care for patients with varied needs, including bariatrics, tracheostomies, oncology, minimally invasive surgery, plastics, orthopedics, and ophthalmology.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• EPIC experience.
• Must pass the Relias EKG exam.
• Dysrhythmia interpretation and management skills.
• Phlebotomy, teamwork, time management, prioritization, and Pyxis experience.

Important Contract Requirements

• Local candidates within a 75-mile radius are not accepted.
• Pending licenses are accepted.
• Maximum 7 days of requested time off (RTO) per 13-week contract.
• Guaranteed hours are subject to the facility's cancellation policy: 3 shifts per 13 weeks, with cancelled shifts matching the assigned shift length.

Parking Information

• Straight night-shift staff: free employee parking.
• Day/night rotation: approximately $70/month for a parking pass.
• Orientation parking costs $15 and is not reimbursed.
