Description

Position: LPN – Medical-Surgical (5400/5500)

Shift: 7 PM–7 AM, 13-week contract
Weekend/Holidays: Every other weekend and holiday as needed
Charting: EPIC required
License: Active NY Single-State LPN license; pending licenses not accepted
Certifications: BLS
Experience: Recent acute care experience within 2 years; must manage own patient assignment with RN support
Patient Ratio: Days 1:5–6
Floating: Required within skillset
Scrubs: Navy blue and white
RTO: Must be submitted with profile
Local Candidates: Accepted at $10 less
