Schedule Requirements:

• Rotating day and night shifts
• Minimum every other weekend
• Flexible scheduling based on unit and patient care needs
• No block scheduling permitted

Required Certifications:

• AHA BLS
• AHA ACLS
• AHA PALS
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
• TNCC (must be included in the submission packet or proof of class provided before start)

Preferred Certifications:

• CEN
• ENPC
• MOAB, ProAct, CPS, or other de-escalation training

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of ED RN experience
• Prior travel experience required for nurses from large (500+ beds), teaching facilities; exceptions may apply for candidates with experience in large teaching facilities and multiple emergency departments
• Recent EPIC experience within the past 2 years is mandatory

Submission Requirements:

• Complete work history, including facility bed count, EMR, and facility type
• Explain all employment gaps exceeding 90 days
• Reliable personal transportation or rental vehicle recommended; public transportation is not accessible

Rate Tiers (based on direct-line mileage):

• Travel: 101+ miles
• Radius: 51–100 miles
• Local: 50 miles or less

Additional Information:

• IVS-to-offer process: Monday–Sunday
• Orientations occur every other Monday
• Floating: Not required
• Snow/all-season tires strongly recommended from November through April
