Travel RN - Oncology

Weekly Travel Rate $2,211

Required Skills

Strong oncology nursing fundamentals, including symptom management and patient/family education
Chemotherapy and biotherapy administration experience (hands-on)
Bone marrow transplant (BMT) care experience
Hematology experience
Blood administration experience
Cardiac/telemetry monitoring skills
ONCC Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or similar oncology credential
ACLS certification
Prior experience in transplant and cellular therapy settings
Active Registered Nurse (RN)
At least 1 year of oncology nursing experience

Other Requirements

Licensure: Current Texas RN license or valid Multi-State Compact RN license

- ONS Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certification
- BLS
Schedule / contract details:
- 13-week travel contract
- Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 36 hours/week
- Rotating weekends
Unit notes:
- Specialized Oncology / Transplant & Cellular Therapy unit
- Typical patient ratio: 4:1
- Telemetry on unit
- EMR: Meditech
- Floating may be required to med/surg per guidelines
