Job Description – RN | Labor & Delivery (L&D)

Shift: 12-hour night shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours per week
EMR: Epic strongly preferred
Interview: Clinical interview required through TotalMed MSP
First-Time Travelers: Accepted
On-Call: None
Scrubs: Teal scrubs provided

1. Facility & Unit Information

Total Beds: 20
Labor & Delivery: 12 beds
Postpartum/Antepartum: 8 beds
Additional Areas: 3 OB/ED rooms, 2 operating rooms
NICU: 6-bed Level II NICU
Provider Support: Nurse practitioner on call

2. Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience.
Strong Labor & Delivery experience.
BLS certification.
NRP certification.
Fetal monitoring certification/competency.
Must be comfortable with postpartum (PP) experience or have some exposure to it.
