AWHONN Advanced or NCC EFM (accepted in lieu of AWHONN Advanced)
ACLS – AHA certification required
BLS – AHA certification required
NRP

High-risk antepartum patient monitoring Fetal heart rate monitoring Assist with vaginal deliveries Circulate for C-sections Scrub for C-sections preferred/required as applicable Sterile vaginal examinations Care for patients before, during, and after C-sections Work with general and regional anesthesia in the OR/PACU workflow Assist with emergency D&C and emergent hysterectomy procedures alongside additional staff Perform the newborn role during delivery Float to postpartum when needed
