Facility/Department: HVI Cardiology Clinic
Address: 353 Fairmont Blvd., Rapid City, SD
Specialty: Cardiology Clinic
Interview: TotalMed clinical interview required

Job Details

Shift: 8-hour day shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract Duration: 89 weeks listed — confirm the actual assignment length
Patient Volume: Approximately 22 patients per day
EMR: Epic
Medication Dispensing System: Omnicell
Weekends: None
On-Call: None

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 1 year of Cardiology Clinic experience
Epic experience within the last 1–2 years
BLS certification
Completion of a nursing education program approved by a board of nursing
Knowledge of cardiac conditions, medications, and patient education
Ability to identify and flag abnormal EKGs
Ability to educate patients before and after cardiac procedures

First-time travelers: Not accepted unless they have at least 1 year of experience specifically in a cardiac/cardiovascular clinic.
