Description
Job Title: Mammography Technologist (Part Time)
Location: Jamaica, NY 11432
Duration: 13 Weeks
Job Type: Part-Time, Temporary-to-Hire
Schedule: 20 hours per week
Shift: Tuesday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–8:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least one year of general radiographer experience.
- Hands-on mammography experience.
- Current and valid Mammography certification appropriate for the specialized imaging assignment.
- Current NYSDOH license and registration as a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist.
- Current ARRT certification and registration as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technologist training program, including qualifying military training where applicable.
- Knowledge of diagnostic radiography procedures, patient safety, and imaging documentation.
