Description

Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience.
PharmD or RPh qualification.
Active New Mexico pharmacy license or pending license.
Current BLS certification.
Current ACLS certification.
IV certification.
Epic charting system experience required.
Inpatient/acute care pharmacy experience.
First-time travel pharmacists are welcome

Antibiotic therapy and clinical dosing. Anticoagulation therapy and warfarin dosing. Pharmacokinetic and renal dosing. Pediatric, geriatric, and neonatal dosing. High-alert medication management. Compounding and sterile technique. IV piggyback and IV push medications. Total parenteral nutrition (TPN) preparation and mixing. Hyperalimentation. Therapeutic drug monitoring.
