Assistant Director of Nursing for the Emergency Department (Manager)

Job Summary:

Plan and Develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance. Monitor performance for patient care, assess units with nurse managers and communicates and assists with any corrective action.

Develop Record keeping system to record medication errors/counselling.

Required Skills & Experience: -Seven (7) years of experience is required Five (5) of which were in a supervisory role.

Required Certifications & Licensure: -RN License. -Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED). -BLS AHA
