Description

Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
Active Pennsylvania or Compact RN license at the time of submission.
Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
Current NIHSS certification.
Medical ICU experience with proficiency in critical care procedures.
Willingness to float within the hospital and to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius.
Availability to work every other holiday.
Willingness to work alternating day and night shifts.

Medical ICU patient management and ventilator management. ECMO patient care. CRRT/CVVHD management. Arterial lines, central lines, CVP monitoring, and Swan-Ganz monitoring. Titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips. Continuous IV sedation and neuromuscular blockade. ABG interpretation and dysrhythmia recognition. Stroke, sepsis, renal failure, and respiratory failure management.
